So, this is the weekly blog and now I will have to acually present my game demo Dec. 16th. So, yeah as most groups we have some spelling corrections. Thats a big problem as most people know because we want to look smart. LOL So, progress to this piont has been pretty good. I'm caught upand doin' pretty good I think. Presenting our Game Demo:)

     Okay, it's time to blog. So on Dec.1st we presented our game demo. But, I was not at school long enough to help my partner present. But I knew of some errors on the demo. I think that she fixed them though. I think my blog is through. 

Adding Sound

    Hey people I'm here to blog again. Okay, I'm blogging on Adding sounds and it asks me how I will use sounds in my game. So, sounds in my game  are going to be at the win/loose scenes. Also on the level 1.2.&3. I think anyway me and partner have disscused it a little but have not made up our minds yet! We'll see!

     I love working in flash. I like it because I think that it is fun working with the coding. Now I also like drawing in flash but I'm not good at it. But, I still think it's fun. I don't know if my partner likes it but I think that she is good at it. .

Adding Animation

Hey, its me again. I hate blogging but I have to. So, this weeks blog is on adding animation. Here we go. Adding Animation has been fun for me. I done it last year so it was pretty simple for me.So, visit my page to see what I've done. Amber's Page!! So, my animation was getting my spm to move by his self on a seperate file. I thought it was easy and I don't know how far my partner has got. But, I'm sure she has done pretty good because she is good with at working with flash.

Progress So Far

     Hey, so people I am here to blog again! Okay, listen I have had some struggles with my game which were getting a couple of hit test to work. My partner helped me. So they work now. I have helped my partner with some buttons and coding. I have done a lot this year I think. I almost got 1 whole level working. I just have to get a couple of buttons working. Then, make it more colorful and make it more smarter too. Then Level one will be finished. Here is a video of my paperprotype. So, watch and see. Comment if ya like it.

Well, now lets go on and talk about my knowladge community. My knowledge community is the STEM. Because our topic is math!! So I choose the STEM compention winners from last year Malachi and Ryan. Adding Scenes

     So, I have been adding scenes to my title scene. I have done a pretty  good lot! I have already added amantion and buttons. I work a lot faster this year that I did last year! Drawing A scene

Hey, its me again. HAHAHA I know you love hearing from me. So, I just finished drawig a scene. I drew  the title scene, created by, example, and instruction scenes. I love playing around with flash so I thought that this was pretty fun. I put a lot of thought into the scenes I mad and I think that they turned out pretty good. Do, Me and my partner and alot of fun with this assiginment. So, I could stant this.

Paper Protype

     This assiginment ( paper protype ) has helped me think about my game. It has already changed from when I typed my game idea in flash. I have already done most of it all I have left to do is draw some buttons on that special paper. LOL So, I have thought about my game alot. I have dicussed the game idea with my partner. We gottogather and drew our paper protype. Were almost finished. Yea man! So, it has help me think and change my game idea.!

Imangeing your game

Hey whats up people I have an awesome idea for a game. Well, I think so! HAHAHA Well we want our game to be in either the adventure genre or action genre. We ( Me and my partner Brittany ) came up with an idea. Here it is: You are the super hero in your town. You have a proportion problem you have to solve. You are flying around town and meteors are coming at you. You remember what you problem was and see the correct answer. You hit it. This was the only meteor big enough to harm the  town. But, If you crushed the wrong meteor you town would have died. You would of had to start all over.
     I am kinda excited to make another game this year. I want to make this game a little better than the last on I made. So, I'm gonna try. I seriously think that I can secede. So, I think that me and my partner Brittany can do a pretty good job.

Mini Game

 Hi, it is me again. I am here to blog. So, here goes! The mini game assiginment was fun. Well, I don't play that many games in my free time. I play the wii. I love the game The GodFather Black Hand Edition. It is the greatest game known to man. Well, I think anyway. Haha. But, I don't think that the mii game assiginment helped me that much. It did a little but not that much as I said. I was in this class last year so I pretty much know alot of it. But not all because that sounds a little self conceded. Bahaha! So, the mini game did not put that much prospective in for  me. Sorry, Globaloria!

Chossing A topic

      Hi, I'm Amber I am making an adventure game.I choose the topic because played a couple of the games and liked it. Well, on my page I put a couple of links  to help me understand the topic.I play all different gernes of games but we like the adventure gerne best. So, I went and did some research and found a couple of websites that I liked and I linked them to my page. I put it under the topic choosing a topic because that was my assiginment.

Playing to Learn

              Well, I like the adventure game genre. I am wanting to do my game in that genre. The game that give me the ideal is W.V Animal Squad. I like everything about the game. I love how it is set up. I think that it would be a wonderful topic. Me and my partner both like the topic but were still not sure. But we know what we want to call our game we picked out servile choices. So, that is what I want to do my game on.

Globaloria

Hey people its me again. I am here in Globaloria class. I think that Globaloria will be fun this year. We already got our partners. My partner is Brittany. Her user name is Britt.hgmn. Our team is the whatchamacallits. I plan to have a wonderful year in Globaloria this year. So, you will be seeing me blog a lot this year. I have to follow the same rules as last year. And Internet Safety. So, I put a video about it.

This blog is about this about this years game. I think my presentation went good. I think I learned a lot this year about flash and the wiki. I think that next year will be easier to make the game. I learned that flash does not understand just anything and games are kinda hard to make. I also learned that how to upload on the wiki.

Realize

I dropped that they player can dress their own character. It was a little hard to decide to drop it because of the coding. It would be really hard to do that. If I hgad more time I would but the due date for our game is friday. And we just put our scenes togather. It was hard to do that but we had to. Our game is functioning and is coming out very well but it is not going to be the best game their is. I wish we had enough time to make it more funner but, we don't have enough time because the end of the year is coming and that means TIME'S UP!! It's sad I know. But, I wish I had more time. Oh, and you'll be seeing me next year in Globaloria!

Well....... I think that the hardest thing to teach in our game is about the Secretary of state. I find it diffcult to research on. I have done it but I don't know what set of information to put in the game! ( White House Runner) I think that if I do moore research on it I would understand it better. I know a little bit about it but not much. I will still contunie to research on it. I need to learn about it before I can teach others about it in my game so yea. They must choose the right door with the facts we give them! Game Making

Well..... it is hard to tell if a source is relibable source. Like on our game on the sectetary of war or state we would not use something wrote by a fifth grader. We would need to usa something more relibale. Like something wrote by a secetary of war or state. Then I would still go research on it before I would belive it. I choose to do my blog on the Muffin Tank's game. They are from South Harrision High School (SHHS). Their game is called Surivial of the Smartest. The makers of the game are Lexy.pwn, Qnicholson, and Tcurfman91. They came I like their game. I love how you anwser a question before you get to play the game. I think that is really cool. LOL I love the way they have their game set up to. But I think that their writing on the newest flash file on ther teaam page is kinda hard to read. So, that is one thing they need to change about their game. I think anyway. That is my opinion anyway. I don't see much of a change between their acual game and their paper prototye. Just little ones. So, over all I love their game.

Function Blog for 3-25-10

I have choose to do the Tigers game. The members of the team are Cassie and Heather. Their game is called Supreme Basketball.

I choose their game because I already knew about it and I liked their idea. I know that it teaches their audience about conditional rights. It will give them a court case I think and they will choose the right and and finish the case to play the basketball part. I know that Cassie and Heather are both good with flash. Narrowing my topic

Hey, I have choose to do our power point. Click on the word Power point to see our team page. We worked on it togather. It was kinda easy. We helped each other.

With the power point it helped us realize that we needed to narrow our topic and get on the same page. I think anyway. Because I am more of the ideal person and she is more of the drawing with flash person. It comes easier to her with the drawing. Anyway I think that the power point brought our more ideals.

Okay, this

blog is kinda like the one I summited. So, researching for this blog is gonna help with the research for my game.

So, on with it. LOL In the presidents cabinet their are many things happening. They have weekly meetings.

The cabinet is made up of the Vice President and the heads of 15 executive departments-the Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs, and the Attorney General.

Now I am gonna explain what the three branches of gov. has to do with all of this. I know that the legextive branch is in the presidents cabinet.

How could you affect their nomination by your vote?

Is the question I was asked so here is my response.

If no candidate receives a majority of electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most electoral votes. Each State delegation has one vote. The Senate would elect the Vice President from the 2 Vice Presidential candidates with the most electoral votes. Each Senator would cast one vote for Vice President. If the House of Representatives fails to elect a President by Inauguration Day, the Vice-President Elect serves as acting President until the deadlock is resolved in the House.

Hey, people watcha doin? Well, I am gonna tell you about my game presentition!

I presented my powerpoint about 2 weeks ago. I thought it went fairly well. I was not the best. I loved watching other peoples powerpoint I learned about their topics and how far they are in their game. I think that we all are in about the same place. Oh, and I learned that other people are having a little trouble with their topic. Although David and them did give us very good suggestions. They were very good ones. We are going to try to use the ideals in our game. I know we are gooing to try to take the title suggeston. They did not like our title that much. So, we are looking into changing.

As a student I think I should have the right but, they did write it. It is also their work. It would be like stealing someone's school work. I don't do that! Globaloria New Year Resolution

Well, my new year resolution in Globaloria is to keep my A average and to finish my game in the way my partner (Angel) and I (Amber) planed it to be. I hope to have 2 to 3 levels. My game is not clase to done but we are were we are suppose to in the game. We have had some diffcuulties but, we always got help for the sake of the game! LOL! So, we would love to make our game very very colorful! Togather we have decided that our new year resolution togather is to get the game done before the due date and to make it very colorful and pretty! We hope to make our game for upper elementary.
