To Copyright

Okay, today my blog is about copyright. I know copyright is bad but I always thought that it was okay it you sited the source. Copyright law is a fair law. As a student I think I should have the right but, they did write it. It is also their work. It would be like stealing someone's school work. I don't do that! I don't want to be sued or tooken to jail. I know I wouldn't want people to steal my work. I know what the Fair Use section is now and I probly will not copy and paste other peoples work. Also, the Fair Use section allows me to use their work if I give them credit. I normally give them credit but I also just copy and paste and it is not right!

Well, everyone's work is protected by copyright laws. If you post it it is protected. So, think before you copyright.

The Public domin is where people can use your work without your primission. They may use it whenever they want to. So, it is considered copyright.

Well, I guess how much text, vedio, and music you use is up to you. You should think about copoyright when you use their work and getting sued.

Globaloria New Year Resolution

Well, my new year resolution in Globaloria is to keep my A average and to finish my game in the way my partner (Angel) and I (Amber) planed it to be. I hope to have 2 to 3 levels. My game is not clase to done but we are were we are suppose to in the game. We have had some diffcuulties but, we always got help for the sake of the game! LOL! So, we would love to make our game very very colorful! Togather we have decided that our new year resolution togather is to get the game done before the due date and to make it very colorful and pretty! We hope to make our game for upper elementary. Like 4th and 5th graders! We hope anyway!

American History

I have choose to do my blog on creation of the American flag. Okay, Betsy Ross created the flag with 13 stars. But as ou rcountry grew a star was added. That is how our flag now has 50 stars for each state! Oh, who knew! Just kidding! Okay, well it was created in June 1776 having only 13 stars. Oh, and the flagb stsnds for freedom for our nation!

West Virginia Issues

I have choose my issue to be on coal! I mean these people are hauling to much coal and it is causing coal miners to get laid off. People here think it is a race to see who can haul the most coal. It is kind of stupid but they do not notice that when they are doing that they are putting people and themselves out of there jobs. I think that when they loose there jobs they are gonna wish they didn't haul so much coal. I would love for everyone to visit this site to learn about coal mining: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coal_mining!!! This is a mojor problem with goobal warming to! Like it polutes the air when you burn coal and it takes the earth like a milliojn years to make coal and we have almost used it all. That is not good at all! I'm serious. Many people do not notice it but the world is falling apart .

Navagition Blog :)

I have learned a lot about flash in this unit. I have learned that you have to treat flash like a baby.Litterly! You have to tell it to stop, go, play everything it is a little confusing. I have also learned that if you do not put a dot when you are suppose to it can mess you up really bad or it could change the meaning of it and do something else. Working with flash has been really fun but a little hard because this is really just now starting. I have not finished this unit yet but almost we ( Angel and I) are almost finished. I love working with flash! :)
